We allow order cancellations at any time prior to shipment processing. We do not allow cancellations after this time.
RETURN POLICY
OUR 15 DAY RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund minus a 10% handling fee for items returned to us in New Condition within 15 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
NEW CONDITION
Any unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all manuals, instructions and accessories.
PRODUCT INSPECTIONS & RETURN REFUSALS
We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges on the basis of our inspection. To be clear: if our inspection leads us to believe an item was used or altered in any way - whether it was or not - we will refuse the return. This is for the safety of all our customers.
Firearms that have been fired or had optics or accessories attached to them are no longer considered in New Condition and are not returnable.
Actions that have been chambered are no longer considered in New Condition and are not returnable.
Magazines that have been loaded are no longer considered in New Condition and are not returnable.
Products missing all of their accessories are no longer considered in New Condition and are not returnable.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
No returns shall be allowed for customized items. This includes items which are laser engraved or Cerakoted to your specifications. We will however continue to work with you to modify the item until you are satisfied with the item or we reach the limits of our capabilities.
GOVERNMENT AND AGENCY CONTRACTS
No returns shall be allowed for Government and Agency Contracts.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
